Tonight I made soup.
We recently joined a food co-op which left us with a lot of fruits and vegetables we haven’t used before. One of those was celeriac or celery root. I looked up a recipe in Mark Bitman’s How to Cook Everything Vegetarian (which is my favorite cookbook of all time) and found a great basic soup recipe in which you could use pretty much any/ all root vegetables you have available.
Delicious and the house smells great!
